Hazard description
Possibility of gradual loosening of the rear wheel sprocket mounting bolts. This condition could result in decreasing clamping force to adequately secure the rear wheel lsprocket to the wheel. Also the bolts may interfere with the spacer plate and cause the rear wheel to lock-up.
