Hazard description
On certain P10, P20 and P30 vehicles equipped with Gruman Olson bodies ,the drivers seat belt anchor bolt may loosen through normal vehicle vibration. This condition could allow the seat belt anchorage to become loose and would not restrain the driver in the event of an accident.
