Hazard description
On certain vehicles equipped with Alcoa 24.5 x 8.25 aluminum wheels, the affected wheels have improper heat treatment that leads to an out of roundness condition that can lead to separation of the tire from the wheel. Correction: Tires will be removed from the wheels on suspect vehicles to identify the heat lot number that is printed on the inside of the wheel and wheels with the affected heat lot will be replaced.
