Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the four bolts that hold the bunk webbing restraint latch brackets to the bunk base may be of an incorrect grade. Grade 5 bolts were used in lieu of the required grade 8 bolts. Grade 5 bolts do not meet the original design intent of the restraint. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and all grade 5 bolts will be replaced with grade 8 bolts.
