2005 Ic Ce School Bus Recall

On certain IC Corporation school buses, the locknut that secures the brake pivot pin bolt may not be torqued properly. Without proper torque, the locknut may back off the brake pedal pivot bolt, allowing the bolt to fall out and the brake pedal to come off the pivot bracket. This would result in the inability to use the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. Correction: Dealers will torque the locknut to specs.
