Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the fasteners that secure the seat base to the cab floor bracket may have been left loose or omitted during vehicle assembly. Improperly torqued seat-mounting fasteners may allow the seat to move while the vehicle is in operation, causing a loss of control and a crash. Correction: Dealers will torque the fasteners to specs.
