Hazard description
On certain motorhomes, the frame extension lower flange may crack allowing the hitch to bend down or fail. Hitch failure could allow the towed unit to separate from the towing vehicle. Correction: Dealers will install two pieces of angle steel; one to each side of the frame extension.
