On certain fire trucks, the aluminium cab floor substructure may contact the positive post of the battery. This could cause an electrical arc between the cab and battery, which could create a shock hazard or a risk of fire, causing cause property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install a spacer between the battery tray and the forward wall of the battery box.
